Own Your Own – An apartment block designed and built by Triple- T Nigeria Limited. Completed 2018 September – The Own Your Own home project was a novel project by Triple-T offering Nigerians the opportunity of Own all homes via monthly raffle draws. 9 Lucky winners won homes, whilst this promotion ran from October 2018 to June 2019. All Winners own the apartment deeds/rights till date and for life. Each raffle draw event was public, held at the facility and were overseen by the National Lottery Commission and also audited by an independent firm of auditors.
