And from that spark of inspiration, we crafted a revolutionary and compassionate concept – the chance to own a home through a raffle ticket, priced at just N2000.

Between the years 2018 and 2019, an incredible nine families saw their dreams come true as they were announced as winners. They walked into tastefully designed two-bedroom apartments in the heart of Abuja, claiming not just bricks and mortar, but a place filled with memories, laughter, and warmth.

These fortunate individuals continue to hold 100% ownership of their properties, complete with all the rights and privileges that come with it.
